We have used Hot Springs for all of our pool needs for years, including weekly cleaning and maintenance. They always do a great job and are very friendly and professional. They take extra care to be sure our gates are closed so our dogs don’t escape. If we have any problems with our pool, they are usually on site to see what’s up the same day! I’m very pleased with Anthony, who’s a new technician with Hot Springs in Greenville. He was very knowledgeable, great communicator, and went to work finding out the problems. I needed a new pump. He Installed pump with expertise. Once hot tub was working he was very pleasant to talk with. I would highly recommend using Anthony to others who need him for his technical expertise.
Very helpful in diagnosing, ordering the part and taking care of everything. Stuart and Angie went out of their way!
David was our project Manager for the pool renovation. He did a fantastic job, communicated really well and made some great suggestions along the way. He was really easy to work with and we would highly recommend him if you need any pool work done. Great execution that exceeded our expectations.

I sent a request for service on my hot tub on Saturday and on Monti got a call. I explain to the technician what the issue was and they fixed it the same day. When I got home from work that evening I was able to relax in my tub. Thank you
